These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase, access, and use of AI Profit Machine (“Program”), operated by AI Profit Systems LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By purchasing, accessing, or using the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or access the Program.
1. PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
AI Profit Machine is a digital education and advisory program designed to teach business owners, consultants, agencies, and service providers how to design, position, price, and sell AI-related advisory and monetization offers.
The Program may include:

Strategic guidance and examples
Community access and/or live sessions (if applicable)
The Program does not provide legal, financial, accounting, tax, or technical implementation services.
2. NO GUARANTEES OR EARNINGS CLAIMS
You acknowledge and agree that:
No income, revenue, profit, or business results are guaranteed.
Any examples, scenarios, or case studies are illustrative only.
Your results depend on your effort, execution, experience, market conditions, and business decisions.
You accept full responsibility for your outcomes.
3. EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE ONLY
All content is provided for educational and informational purposes only.
Nothing in the Program constitutes:
Legal advice
Financial advice
Accounting advice
Investment advice
Technical or engineering services
You are responsible for consulting qualified professionals before making business, legal, financial, or AI-related decisions.
4. ACCESS & LICENSE
Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Program through the Whop platform or approved delivery systems.
You may not:
Share or transfer access
Share login credentials
Copy, record, reproduce, or distribute materials
Resell or sublicense the Program or its contents
Unauthorized use may result in immediate termination without refund.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All Program materials, including but not limited to:
Videos
Text
Templates
Frameworks
Methodologies
Branding and language
are the exclusive intellectual property of AI Profit Systems LLC and its licensors.
Unauthorized use, duplication, resale, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.
6. PRICING, PAYMENTS & BILLING
6.1 Payment Authorization
By purchasing, you authorize AI Profit Systems LLC to charge the payment method provided for all fees disclosed at checkout.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
6.2 Subscription & Recurring Billing
If you enroll in a subscription, membership, or payment plan:
Your subscription will automatically renew at the interval disclosed at checkout (monthly, quarterly, or annually).
Your payment method will be automatically charged at each renewal unless canceled prior to renewal.
You are responsible for managing or canceling your subscription through the Whop platform.
Failure to cancel before renewal constitutes authorization for continued billing.
No partial refunds or credits are provided for unused time or partial billing periods.
6.3 Failed Payments
If a payment fails:
Access to the Program may be temporarily suspended
Continued failure may result in permanent termination
Outstanding balances remain your responsibility
Access will be restored only after successful payment.
6.4 Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting support is considered a breach of these Terms.
If a chargeback is filed:
Access to the Program will be immediately revoked
Bonuses, templates, and community access will be terminated
AI Profit Systems LLC reserves the right to dispute the chargeback with evidence of access and usage
7. REFUND POLICY (IMPORTANT)
AI Profit Machine is a digital education and advisory program. Once access is granted, proprietary materials and intellectual property are delivered immediately.
Because of this:
All sales are final
No refunds are provided after access is delivered
This applies to one-time purchases, subscriptions, payment plans, and renewals
We do not offer refunds for:
Lack of time or implementation
Business results not achieved
Failure to cancel before renewal
Misunderstanding the program scope
If you are unsure whether this Program is right for you, do not purchase.
8. COMMUNITY & CONDUCT
If the Program includes community access, live calls, or group interaction, you agree to:
Act professionally and respectfully
Avoid harassment, abuse, spam, or solicitation
Follow community guidelines
AI Profit Systems LLC reserves the right to remove any participant for disruptive or unethical behavior without refund.
9. AI & TECHNOLOGY DISCLAIMER
AI tools, platforms, and strategies discussed may:
Change without notice
Become unavailable
Produce inconsistent or unpredictable results
Involve legal, ethical, or compliance considerations
You are solely responsible for evaluating and managing AI-related risks within your business and jurisdiction.
10. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Profit Systems LLC shall not be liable for:
Business losses
Lost revenue or profits
Missed opportunities
Decisions made based on Program content
Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
You assume full responsibility for how you apply the information provided.
11. TERMINATION
AI Profit Systems LLC reserves the right to:
Suspend or terminate access
Remove content or features
Enforce these Terms
At any time, with or without notice, if these Terms are violated. No refunds will be issued upon termination.
12. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
These Terms may be updated at any time.
Continued use of the Program after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. GOVERNING LAW
